"In three words I can sum up
everything I've learned about life:
it goes on."
~Robert Frost
Even when we are struggling in our lives, life goes on. Sometimes the best way to handle life's challenges is to put one foot in front of the other and just keep moving through it. Even when we think something has been a disaster, we can recognize that it is the journey--the process of living our lives--that is the most important thing.
This week: Take time to appreciate the movement of life. Take an inventory of where you have been in the past 10, 15, and 20 years. Do you see how you have moved? Can you appreciate how you have changed. Sometimes we don't notice how we have continued to move through the journey of our lives.
